1.1 Who is Tattoosafe? Tattoosafe is one of Europe’s leading suppliers for tattoo equipment. Our young and dynamic enterprise managed to establish itself on the market due to hard work and flawless organization within only three years.
1.2 Who is working at Tattoosafe?
T. J. L van Someren Brand – The chief. Kimo von Rekowski – The team leader and V8 engine. Jens Wittich – The specialist for tattoo equipment, has been tattooing for 7 years. Daniela Neumann – The contact point for communication and orders. Caroline Reichelt – Upcoming specialist for tattoo equipment, has been tattooing for 3 years. Michael Nitschke – The IT-specialist, in charge of the website and all technical matters. Allbay Karagöz – The graphics specialist, takes care of graphic designs for ads and the website. Ikaba Okute – Foreign language correspondent, in charge of communication abroad. Siegrid Stumm – The apprentice, is almost involved in everything and helps whenever she can. 3.1 How can I order at Tattoosafe?
Register online (twenty-four-seven) and put your products in the shopping cart. Here is the manual for online-shopping: CLICK
We can be reached on 0049 (0)30 610 74 540 and will take your order by phone. Kimo and Jens are your contact persons for specific questions. For most effective order processing, please have your customer number, the catalog’s item number and your address ready.
You can also order via fax 0049 (0)30 610 74 540 by faxing the order form in. Please do not forget to let us have the following information: catalog’s item number and quantities, customer number or address, telephone number and the form of payment.
For initial orders please submit your trading license.
3.2 Delivery costs?
Delivery within Germany from € 5.90 / € 6.00 C.O.D. charge.
Austria: Delivery costs from € 9.90 Switzerland: Delivery costs from € 19.90
C.O.D. charges within the EU are € 14.50
After placing the order our system indicates the delivery costs calculated according to weight and measurements. Please note that delivery costs are subject to change for consignments weighing more than 4 kg. Consignments are covered by insurance up to € 500.00.
3.3 How to pay?
Cash in advance You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail, which indicates our bank account details and the order number for the purpose of tracking the payment optimally. Upon receipt of payment the goods will be dispatched.
Cash on delivery To be paid cash to the UPS driver on receipt of the consignment.
Credit card Online purchases can be paid by credit card.
In our retail store you can pay cash, by EC- or credit card or you can do the dishes.
3.4 How long does delivery take?
Our goods are delivered by UPS and in some rare cases by DHL. The delivery period within Germany is 2 days. The delivery period within Europe is 3 - 5 days.
3.5 Security, especially for payment by credit card?
Our system is encoded by SSL. When payment is effected by credit card, the Moneybookers payment system activates. In this case the data are encoded too, in order to ensure secure payment.
4.1 I got questions regarding products!
Should you consider the product specifications inadequately, we will be pleased to answer your questions by e-mail or on the phone. Jens and Kimo are specialized in providing advice regarding the products.
4.2 I'm having problems choosing the right product !?
Shouldn’t you know which product to buy, just ask us. We can definitely give you recommendations.
4.3 I'm looking for tattoo ink, but which ones are good?
Good question. But every tattoo artist has to decide for himself. If you provide us with information, we would be pleased to help you and give recommendations. Just contact us!
4.4 Where is my consignment?
This question can be answered by Daniela, Siegrid or Jens on the phone or by mail. For most effective order processing, please have your customer number and your current order number ready.
4.5 When will the articles be available again?
Daniela and Siegrid will be pleased to give you information about the availability of goods via mail or on the phone. If goods are out of stock, it is usually temporarily and they will be available very soon.
4.6 I've got questions concerning my invoice!
Daniela has an overview of all invoices. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact her. For most effective order processing, please have your customer number and your invoice number ready.
4.7 Complaints and defective articles
